Terms of use: Dr Noha Vision

1. Appointments: we hold the time you choose until the clinic calls to confirm it; you then pay the visit fee by InstaPay before the deadline shown, or the booking is cancelled. If the clinic cancels, you get a full refund. If you cancel at least 24 hours before, you get half back; nothing after that or if you don't attend.
Online visits: they take place on Google Meet, and you get the link once payment is confirmed. A remote consultation does not replace an eye examination at the clinic, and the doctor may ask you to visit the clinic if needed. Visits are not recorded and may not be recorded without both sides' consent. The same cancellation and refund rules apply to online visits.
2. Courses:
- You get the access period shown on the course page, once payment is confirmed.
- Your account is personal: don't share it, and don't record or republish the videos.
- A course works on up to two devices and plays on one at a time.
3. Events and outings: your place is booked once payment is confirmed. Check-in at the door uses the name on the guest list.
4. Payment:
- Payment is by InstaPay: you upload a picture of the transfer, and staff confirm it.
- An order is held for a set time while waiting for payment, then cancelled automatically.
5. Cancellation and refunds: a full refund if the order is cancelled before course access starts, or more than 48 hours before the event or outing. No refund after that. To cancel, email noha.vision.clinic@gmail.com.
6. Content: the site and course content belong to the clinic and may not be copied or published without permission.
7. Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
