What we collect and why
- Appointment request: name, phone, email (optional) and your preferred time, so we can contact you and arrange the appointment.
- Online visit: once payment is confirmed, we create an event with a Google Meet link in the clinic's own Google Calendar and send you the link by email and WhatsApp. We do not record the visit.
- Account: email and sign-in data, so you can reach your courses and bookings. You stay signed in for up to 60 days after your last visit.
- Courses: what you bought and your lesson progress. A watermark with part of your email appears on videos to protect them from copying.
- Events and outings: your booking, any waitlist place, and your name on the door guest list.
- Payment: we collect no card data. When you pay by InstaPay you upload a picture of the transfer; only the staff who confirm payments see it.
- Security: technical logs that protect the site, and an automatic check (Cloudflare Turnstile) that blocks bots.
How long we keep it, then delete it automatically
- appointment requests: 1 year;
- Google Calendar events: deleted with the appointment request after 1 year;
- transfer pictures: 1 year;
- guest lists: 30 days after the event;
- security logs: 90 days;
- encrypted backups: 90 days;
- account and order details: while your account exists, or until you ask us to delete them.
Who processes your data: we use service providers that store data outside Egypt to run the site:
- the database in the EU (Supabase);
- website hosting (Cloudflare);
- course videos (Mux);
- email (Resend);
- sign-in with Google, if you choose it (we receive only your name and email);
- the clinic's own Google Calendar and Google Meet, for paid appointments: we send only the time, the type of visit and a short reference, not your name or health details. When you join the visit, Google's privacy policy applies to the Meet call;
- encrypted backups in the clinic's own Google Drive.
We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

Cookies: used only for sign-in and site security; no advertising trackers.
